- **Pre-Delivery Cancellations:** Customers may cancel a transaction for digital assets prior to their delivery. To be eligible for cancellation, the request must be made before the asset is transferred to the customer’s blockchain wallet.
- **Post-Delivery Cancellations:** Once a digital asset has been delivered, the transaction cannot be cancelled as digital assets backed by real estate are considered final sales due to their unique and irrevocable nature.
2. How to Cancel a Transaction:
- **Request Submission:** To cancel a transaction, you must submit a cancellation request to our customer support team via email at [support email]. Please include your transaction ID, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
- **Deadline:** Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction time to be considered for pre-delivery cancellation.
3. Processing Cancellations:
